Fun — 350 hp and 350 lb torque very fun and entertaining car. Rides great and surprisingly gets any where from 26 to 24 mpg. The convertable top is very simple and easy to use, not to mention looks great. Bose sound system is also great.

Everyone Should Own At Least One — This is my second Corvette. The first one I had was an automatic with well over 100K and I used it for a daily driver. It was a great car and all of my friends who also own Corvettes kept telling me you need a manual. Well, I purchased this one and I love it except for the fact I have to change gears. I get all the gear changing I want in the trucks at work. When we are out for a Sunday afternoon cruise I just want to put it in gear and go.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

I Love It. — Z51 package handles very good. No squeaks, no rattles, looks great, ergonomic interior, excellent mileage and fun to drive. Very inexpensive to own. I bought it new and it now has 55,000 on it. Rear end has a minor leak still haunting me after it was fixed under warranty.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Awesome Car Fun To Drive — I think the C5 Corvette is one of the best cars you can buy for the money. It is responsive and sure footed in almost anything you can throw at it. I think it is one of tne best looking cars you can buy with styling and looks comparable to much more expensive Exotics with the performance to match with out the high cost of maintenance.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

AWESOME RIDE!!!

Cons

Get ready to spend money modifying it.  No one likes a stock car.

It's A Vette, What Else Can I Say. — This is by far the most fun car that I have ever owned. It is way fast and still gets about 28 miles to the gallon on the interstate. There is nothing like a convertible vette to cruise in on nice days with the top down.

Awesome — I love to take a drive with the top down and going to corvette shows! Performance is excellent. I love flying low at 90 or so. Everywhere I go people comment on how beautiful the car is! I love it!

It's a vette.

Cons

Getting tickets

Its A Beast — There is nothing comparable to driving a corvette. The way it accelerates and hugs the road is exclusive for this car. Its 11 years old, and people still stare at it like its a new sports car.Best performance, joy ride, and just all around fun.

Cons

Wasnt stick shift. Other than that, there was nothing about this car that made me unhappy.

This Is The Car You Get Instead Of Having Children; You'd Treat Them Both The Same. — I owned this car from March of 2007 to April of 2008. It had a custom red and black interior, automatic, custom stereo system (check pictures), and was owned by a 16 turned to 17 year old girl :) This was my second v8 that was officially 'my' car, and is so far the one I treasure the most.

2000 Corvette Convertible — A sudden burst of power on these new corvettes. They are very quiet as they just idle along but when you mash your foot down you can be very surprised. The bumper is plastic and that always makes me think the car is very cheap unlike the old ones.

Best Car My Dad Has Owned — this car is a very fast machine. what i think the hp on the vehicle is 450 hp which is a big engine. the exterior of the vehicle is a very nice, it is very sleek and fast looking. it is yellow, my dad put a custom exhaust tip on the corvette, the exhaust looks alot better than the stock exhaust tip, the rims are chrome and it looks like a beauty on the road. the interior of the corvette is all black leather seats and racing adjustable seats. this is a very fun car for me and my dad to drive around in, i love it when people look at the car when it is at a red light and sometimes comment on how good it looks
