Dodge Ram 1500 — Acceleration is great for a truck. Braking is average. Handling is better than my old car. Haven't had any to replace anything yet. Interior styling is great and exterior styling is awesome. Gas Mileage is horrible at about 9 MPG. Fun is drive and cheap to own.

It's A Blast To Drive — It's a great truck, a hand me down from my grandfather. He drove it around 60 miles a day, 4 days a week to do work on some land he owns. The truck is a blast to drive. The only problem is that as I accelerate, or go up a hill, the A/C switches from face to windshield. It's weird. Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Good Work Truck — Other than the gasoline cost to run, driving a hundred thousand miles in this truck I have made many trips to help others outta ditches, crashes, and snow-ins. Never attached a plow to the front of this 4-wheel work horse. I have had the title released as of 2010 and no other liens attached. ProsOverall it gets any job done you need it to whether its going to the store, getting out of a mud hole, or hauling half a ton of dirt. It looks great I mean its the same truck from Walker Texas Ranger. Its got great power, stereo is good for a truck, and a good amount of back seat room for an extended cab truck from the 90's ConsGas mileage sucks of course mines lifted and has huge tires which doesn't help. The dash on 1990 model rams have a tendency to crack which sucks but i've only had one and fixed it

Great Truck Always Dependable, Looks Great, Powerful, And Tough — performance- acceleration is great even with 4 wheel drive, breaking could be improved a bit but its a big truck so thats what you get, handling is good unless you put massive tires on it. Quality- is great mechanically, style wise, however the plastic dash should have been rethought appearance- exterior is awesome looks tough, mean, and quick for a truck. the interior is nice minus the dash that will crack on ya. Cost- other than changing the oil and new breaks I haven't had to do a thing to my truck, just gotta take care of them. fun- i love it, great paint job, all black interior, tinted windows, big engine, sounds great just a fun car to drive and haul your buddies to a tailgate in.
