Give Me A Chevy Truck Anytime — When i bought this truck it was all that i needed GM came up with a bright idea by making the rear doors swings out wider for better loading i never had any problem with this truck it's running great i'm only looking for another one. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

ProsThis van has been an excellent work machine, reliable, and with the tool racks, flexable, and well stocked with all I needed to take care of a days work. ConsCargo vans are just plain noisy, and of course you have to drive it lick it is, a van, not a sports car, but those are assumed givens, not much you can do about it, except retire!

A Work Machine Ready To Go. — I have had zero problems with this van. It has had one break job, at about 80,000 miles, new battery of course, and I did have the ball joints replaced, but that has been about it. Nothing fancy here, no fancy audio, or accessories, but I did have cruise put on it, and it rolls down the road just fine. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Prosgreat dependable truck...had since new in 98..no major issues few PMD's but finally bought a high end one a year ago...not a problem any more Cons225K on her...all works fine now engine great...just worried about all other things except engine...not sure how many miles the other stuff is made to last...

Great Cargo Hauler And Minimal Fuel Consumption ... — Like I said its a 1998 express 3500 diesel with 225K...never had any issues with her...I plug her in on the real cold winter mornings..your basic repairs over the years...new vacuum thing installed...new turbo installed "that it did not need" mis diagnosed by mechanic ... couple new break lines..tires and break pads....about all I Have done over the last 14 years Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) |
