Pros

Reliable transportation, high resale value

Cons

"Foreign" car parts cost more than American domestic parts (i.e. Ford)

Absolutely Reliable For A Couple Hundred Thousand Miles Or Three — Runs well and you can depend on it. The standard 1.6 liter, 106 hp motor may not be the fastest in town, but it has pep and it gets you there. Others may modify it with aftermarket parts, but the person who chooses to drive it "as is" will not be disappointed.

Pros

Fun to drive - Easy to maintain - Lasts & lasts - Keeps value!

Cons

Arm and leg room in the front seat, and adult passenger complaints about the back seat.

Economical, Fun & Easy To Maintain — I struggled w/ my cars -- American-made -- until I bought this very near Pre-Approved 37k mi used manual in 2002. It now has nearly 130k mi on it w/ a new clutch and radiator being the only major costs besides the usual brakes and tires and fluid replacements every 3k mi. I really love the reliability and dependability of this car. I'm hooked on Hondas ( I would buy a Lexus if it weren't a Honda for me) due to the reliability and dependability factors, ease of maintenance and the fact that they last and last, and hold their value over time.

Pros

Great milage, rock solid, totally reliable.

Cons

Smokes through 02 sensors like very expensive cigarettes.

1998 Civic Dx Coupe — This damn thing is almost 11 years old and still gets around 37mpg. It should look like it's re-entered the atmosphere a couple times with the way I've driven it, but somehow it's still shiny-ish. I used to hate it because I'm too tall for it and it's a "high-school girl's graduation present from daddy" type of car, but now would stomp and yell for at least half an hour if it got stolen.

Cons

Not fast

Vtaakkkkkkk — Good car, never left me on the side of the road. Low on torque, but gets good gas. Nothing ever breaks. Built like a beast. Fun in the twisties and above 5500 RPM. Good car to start out with and learn.

Pros

Fuel and repairs are cheap

Cons

insurance is high

The Best Purchase I Ever Made — This car is cheap to fill, and you can drive as much as you want. you can easily roll the mileage over. A little bit of love and this car will pay itself off over and over again. Plus you can make it look really good.

Reliable Econimicaal Gas Saver — Love the car overall jit gets very good gas mileage, it is very reliable, do not like the fact that is does not have ABS brake t tends to skid and slide f you have to come to a sudden stop. I just wish it was in great shape and not a salvage

Cons

the colour

One Of My Best — The braking and acceleration of my Honda Civic Coupe is very good for how much I got it for ( $300 ) If I could recommend any car it would be this one. The only thing wrong with this car is the colour (silver) which I am not fond of at all. Very good with gas because its a honda

Pros

It's small enough to get around easily. Good on gas. Handles well.

Cons

The valve cover leaks oil mysteriously. It's too low for we older folks to get in and out of easily. Seats are hard and would be uncomfortable on a trip.

Middle Age & Economy Cars — It runs o k and drives o k. Best for younger folks who drive a lot and need more economy. I need more comfort. Honda makes reliable products and this one should provide another 100K miles of service with adequate care. Thanks-good luck & HAPPY MOTORING!

Ej8 — Perfect little car. Fuel efficient, good car for the winter. It performs fairly well for a little 4 banger. It's fairly cheap to maintain and parts are cheap and easy to find. The car is fun for what it is.

Cons

Was lacking POWER

First Car — Was a tank in the snow unstoppable with the Blizzaks. There were also many parts you could buy to make the car yours and not look like any one elses. It was also fun to drive and toss around on the road
