I Like It A Lot, It's My Car And It's Good Looking And Powerful — Its very pretty, It sounds nice for a stock engine. Pretty powerful for stock as well. Smooth ride, Turn ratio is not that great, actually more like a boat really but it gets you from point a to b. All in all it is a good car

Great Affordable Fun Car. — The Sebring is fun to drive, and is the ultimate tanning machine, if your into that of course. The body style of the 1998 is sleeker, and more sporty than the newer models. Its an eye cactcher just being Stock, so after the Custom exterior paint is applied, people will stare instead of just look.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

You Can Dis It Cuz Its A Chrysler, But You Gotta Love It — Love that its a convertible. Just had the interior refurbished and the top replaced due to me accidentally breaking the rear windshield. Gulps gas with the top down, but way worth the enjoyment you get out of it. You can put down chrysler products, but honestly this is probobly the best car ive ever owned

Everything!!

Cons

The leather seats are way to hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter!

1998 Chrysler Sebring Convt. — My baby is awesome. It has been wonderful to me since I first got my license! She has needed a new ignition...my bad...too many keys. There is nothing like driving a drop top and letting the wind blow through your hair and having the system cranked up. It is silver with black leather interior and is a sweet ride. Everyone looks at you and all your friends want a ride. The gas mileage is ok and it is a V6. She just needs to be maintained well...just like all cars

Sebring Jxi — Handles like its on rails, pretty quick. This car is awesome in the summer. I can put the top down baby, and I have a pretty loud system (bump in the trunk). Gets about 20 miles to the gallon. The only downfall is the dear dent in the driver side fender.

Pros

Low overall cost of ownership so far.  Some minor electrical problems which Chrysler is known for.  Excellent fuel economy averaging as high as 30mpg on highway.

Cons

Maintenance for the DIY'er is difficult at best.  Spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor are hidden beneath the intake manifold plenum.  Belts are hard to reach.  Looking at or replacing the battery requires removal of the driver's side front wheel to access a hidden compartment where the battery lives.  This car is an owner/operator/mechanic's nightmare!

Wish The Design Was More Intuitive When It Comes To Repair Work — The 1998 Chrysler Sebring convertible, unlike its 1998 Sebring hardtop brothers, is a Mitsubishi-engined Dodge Stratus/Chrysler Cirrus hybrid. The vehicle was designed to be a convertible from the ground up. Stronger frame bracing, a streamlined design, and excellent handling come together to create a car that really hugs the road as well as provides many years of trouble-free driving to its lucky owner.

Add Front Bumper Skin & It's Great — I Love the mileage & Power from this little 2.4 V6 power plant. Put the top down & go Cruising. Plenty trunk space for all your camping gear. Maintenance cost is very low change the oil every 3000 mi coolant every 3 years Battery Brakes belts inside & out recently done. This car has a Lot of Pep Stops perfect even in a Panic stop, the ABS Really saves lives And with the performance tires you Can't hardly get them to slip even in wet weather. Front wheel drive Plows through snow like it isn't there.
