Toyota Reliability, Engineering, Quality Plus Chevy Value Equals One Great Car For The Money — What i like best is the fact thats its a 5-spd, which makes the car zippy in the city and for accelerating. Its no corvette but above average for small cars. The worst mpg i have got was 31 mpg during February when the temperature was -20 for two weeks. On the highway going to and from school and home going 55 i would easily get 40 and even 43 a handful of times. It being the base model it only weighs about 2500 pounds and stops pretty good (no abs) But, because it is a 98 without the stability sway bar, its not the best handler and the body roles in turns pretty bad, but then again this isnt a corvette or viper and i dont try to drive it like one. Primary Use: Commuting to work
