Reliable Family Car — i like this car a lot. it is east to handle, and can get you where you need to go. it can tow a boat or trailer, and can get you through the snow. it is also really reliable for its age.

Keeps Going And Going And Going — I have had this truck for over 6 years and it has been comfortable, great on gas mileage, had a smooth ride. I have packed 3 large suitcases, camping and fishing gear, dog stuff, snacks, blankets and pillows in the rear compartment and it fit well and still had power to go thru the mountains.

Pros

There's a reason you see so many on the road...they just keep going. Excellent cargo room, and comfortable. Though a smaller SUV it is roomy. Back seats fold down to make more room. Great fuel economy. Handles well.

Cons

Has had problems with transmission; but already replaced mine so all is good now.

Keeps On Going And Going And Going — May not have a fancy audio system, or nifty lights as it is older, but if you want a roomy, comfortable SUV this would be it. Great on gas, and has a smooth ride. Can pack the whole rear compartment and still have a smooth ride and room for 5.

Pros

Drives Great!  4X4 is a lot of fun. Feels solid.  4.3 vortec engine runs like a top.

Cons

Had to replace the sun shell in transmission...known problem with tranny.

Solid Little Suv Built For The City Or The Trails. — The truck is big enough to fit five adult in comfortably, but small enough to not absolutely crush the bank account on gas. The 4.3 vortec engine is surprisingly strong for a V6 and supplies more than enough torque for off-roading fun. I was disappointed that the transmission broke at 188,XXX miles...especially since its a known issue GM should have probably fixed via a recall. But if that's the only real issue I have, then no big deal.

Cons

accesory systems prone to fail

Still Decent — Powerful motor. 4x4 had issues from day 1. I didnt like the automatic climate contol. Never really got the temp right and i just swapped from hot to cold alot. Too many sensor for stupid stuff like lights and crap. Just annoyed me more than anything. Defrosting mirrors was pretty cool tho. Overall still not bad, I just like simpler things. NEVER attempt the ball joints...

Little Beater — not to bad of a little truck. i use it for almost everything. drive it everyday in the winter. and sometimes in the summer when i go campin or out hiking or feel like offroading. dont have any problems pullin the pontoon as u can see. its just a v6 but plenty of power.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Love My Chevy Blazer — Never had a car get over 200,000 miles on it before and still run like it's almost brand new. Maybe the constant oil changes make the difference, but I have been hard on this car at times and it just keeps going and going. Love it, just wish it got better gas mileage.

Pros

Fun to drive and take you any where

Cons

Gas mileage

Fun To Drive And Get It If You Got Money For Gas — Fun to drive espically in the winter time. Easily gets sideways even for the little 4.3. Although the gas mileage sucks its been alot of places and it always filled with fun times. Your only allowed to have 5 legally in there but ive managed to fit 10 in it with 2 12"s and amp.

Cons

Great Little 4x4 — Awesome SUV this is my second blazer, first one was a 97' LT 4X4, never had any problems with either of them. would buy another. Goes through the rough Iowa winters with ease, bad this is it likes to eat brakes.
