If You Want To Save Money And Drive In The Snow Look No Further. — Great for what it costs. Hold its value. Heated seats. When I first bought it it had engine problems. Fixed a gasket and put a new axle in. If its blowing hot air inside the car its a gasket problem apparently. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Great Car — great car, moderate power, great handeling and the car grips really well great car for vermont weather, it hasnt needed anything to expensive and it is easy to work on. good gas mileage, no where near as good as the 2wd package but its all about the awd, Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

My Scoobaru — I love the fact that it has already been wrecked. and ive helped it out a little with that also. ive upgraded her with leather heated seats, stereo, navigation, tinted windows, and fog light upgrades. This car is awesome to drive. it corners like its on rails, and the get up and go power is amazing, i can get on the highway up to 80 from the start of the on ramp to the end of the on ramp in about 20 seconds. which is good considering the turns and merging. I can take this baby off road whenever. doesnt matter if there is 3 feet of snow or 4 feet of water and mud. she climbs rocks like no problem and goes over trees just fine. dirt roads are a must for this girl. she can get sidways and with the awd factor i have no problem going down the dort road at an angle. thats the front tires and the back tires coming at you at once. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

I Wish I Still Had It! — This was a SWEET car. I got a smokin' deal when I bought it and it had super low miles for a '97. It was tons of fun to drive. It went great in the snow and I could haul almost anything in it. It was a sad day when it got wrecked and I need to have a moment of silence for her every once and a while. | ||

1997 Subaru Legacy Gt Awd — Acceleration is ok for a stock car, but the beauty is in how good it is in new england weather. the AWD is amazing in the snow, and the handling is rediculous, it is also the most beautiful sedan i could find, and is very reliable. And i love RED! | ||
