I Like It — It's a jeep what more do i have to say. The performance is about what you expect for a jeep. Doesnt really break down. Gets me to and from. Can Carry a good amount of people. Hauls my band equipment. only problem is gas mileage.

Pros

-Spacious -Even when old, runs like its new

Cons

-Gas Mileage -Handling not very tight

Grand Cherokee — Considering the engine now has around 200,000 miles on it, with minimal parts replaced, this car runs like a piece of gold. My only real complaint is the handling is not very responsive, you have to turn the wheel more than on any other car even if you want to just go slightly to the left or right. However, the jeep is very spacious. But at 13 MPG, the space is best used for trips to the grocery store.

Great Vehicle On And Off The Roads — Ive always wanted a Grand Cherokee, seeing as it was the first car i ever drove. So when i saw one sitting on the side of the road with a for sale sign, i knew i had to get it. 101000 miles, and only a couple of small scratches in the paint. it also helped that the previous owner is a mechanic at the local Dodge & Jeep dealership, and he put a lot of work into it before putting it up for sale. its got great acceleration for an suv, and its got a straight 6 cyl. engine in it, so its got some power. i love taking it through the woods down trails and everything, just exploring, and it makes it quite a ways with just 2 wheel drive. i have needed the 4wd a few times, mostly just for driving through major mud puddles. ahhh cranberry bogs.. as far as the build quality, you kind of have to go easy on them. they hold up great on the roads, but the trails can be rough. gas milage is ok, around 18mpg average. maintenance is fairly inexpensive, as long as you know the right mechanic. its a sweet looking car too. the classic jeep grill, small wheelbase, and the plastic trim along the bottom of the body, it all comes together. interior is spacious, plenty of room to stretch out. and the seats are so comfortable. its really a car you can feel safe driving.

Pros

The A/C in the summer time, the comfort of the ride and the alignment make this car stand out from many cars.

Cons

like new, minor scratches, regular wear on the gloss on the roof.

Very Quiet, Picks Up Speed Faster Than Other Suvs. — smooth vehicle makes you feel safe when driving due to its height and breaking power. ABS brakes make the stopping distance shorter than older cars. Doesn't waste as much gas as expected with an average of 20 miles per gallon.

I Really Liked This Jeep — I would not want a 4.0 Cherokee they just don't have the power or economy that the 5.2 does. Plus it has great pulling power. My limited was nice were I wasn't embarrassed to drive it to a nice event as I would have been in a regular Cherokee.

Good Truck — What didn't i like aside from the bald tires and it would leak fluids all the time but I guess it's a jeep thing because it never went low on fluids. Loved the truck till the transmission started slipping. Then traded it for my 03 grand cherokee.

Uses Lots Of Little Crap — this is actually my wife's ride. it has the 4.0, auto, and even with the lift and tires rides smooth as butter. in town it gets about 15, but goin 70 it gets around 22, so who can complain. all in all, its fun.

Pros

Does everything I've needed it to do.

Cons

Not many, other than with it being over 15 years old now, it shows some wear now and doesn't look like new, but still in very good shape.

Reliable Vehicle — Overall, it's been a great vehicle. I bought it when it was 3 years old and only had 25,000 miles on it. I've had very minimal repairs over the years. Just goes through brakes and tires periodically. But then just this past month, the engine blew a rod and I had to put in a used engine. Seems to be running fine now.

Great All Around — Performance wise it depends on the motor you decide to go with the straight 6 aka 4.0 wise ideal for daily use 5.2 is good for power and offroad and towing 5.9 is offroad and also a great street jeep for speed Build wise its great needs some little things here and there but what car doesnt Apperance wise they have a interesting love it or hate it type of look but its all Jeep Cost Of Owner Ship depends on what you use it for Fun Factor Its A Jeep Need I Say More?

Pros

The gas mileage is great.  I like the fact that it's an SUV, but not like the Suburban I used to own which was difficult to park, etc.  It has ample cargo space.

Cons

I guess the bad thing would be that it's got cloth seats, but that's just my preference to leather.

Great Little Car. — It's been a great car for us to drive and for my mother in law to drive. Very easy to teach my son how to drive in it, too. Easy on the pocketbook, easy on the eyes and easy to park!
