Nice All Around — Amazing car drives good, beautiful paint and exterior shape, great acceleration and handling, interior is nicely redone for the 97 XJ's, Good gas mileage for the straight inline six, the cherokee is amazing to drives and is well worth its value Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Xj — Really Can Not Even Express My Love For Jeeps and Off Roading. I've had a few Wranglers, A Grand Cherokee and a Cherokee, but this one.. my toy.. is Definitely my Favorite. Had to get the 5spd, I-6. It has a 3" Susp Lift wth 31" Mickey Thompson MTZ's. Motor is strong, it runs incredible on and off road. I can't believe the Liberty replaced it, and now they don't even offer this great old I-6 AMC motor anymore :( | ||

My Jeep — Acceleration is awesome along with braking. handling sucks. It's a Jeep so it always squeaks and rattles. The interior is clean and the exterior has some battle scars. Gas mileage is decent, 16 mpg. My Cherokee is fun to drive on and off the road. If you follow me, you're not gonna make it! | ||

Best Suv Ive Driven — acceleration is really good. hops right out of the lights. its build is nice and solid ever since the front end was reallined. exterior appearance is a bit boring. but that will be fixed pretty quick. interior could use some seat covers. I love driving it. gets around 20 miles to the gallon. | ||

ProsThe lift kit makes it look better than a regular Cherokee, it's easy to drive, and it runs well. There's no big dents or scratches, either. ConsThe lift kit could cause it to flip if it's turned too sharply, the inside smells a bit odd (nothing bad, just... different), and there's something wrong with the battery it has now so we have to jump start it... But that's easily fixed.

Jeep Cherokee With Lift — I have nothing bad to say about this jeep She is so reliable and so strong Gets me home in the snow! Has power door locks and windows, love the keyless entry Lots of space in the back. Looks sexy as hell with a brush gard and lift BFG's hold up extremely well. | ||

Amazing Value For The Money! — Best vehicle I've owned yet. It could go almost anywhere. I never did manage to get it stuck. Throw on some mud terrain tires and these things are awesome in the snow. The manual 6cyl is very quick. They are very roomy inside and the rear seat folds down for more room. Only problem I had was that the spare was inside the vehicle and was a donut. I ended up taking it out all together for more room. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

Great Family Vehicle For Those Who Like To Get Out Doors — We loved our jeep. It got great mileage it looked great and handled the trails we drove it on just fine. The only thing we didnt like was the crazy kinks in the cooling system which lead to its demise. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |
