4wd, cargo space, engine power, durability - while not taking up an ungodly amount of space

Cons

gas mileage is not its forte.

If You Want Something To Get You From Point A To Point B In Any Range Of Conditions This Is It. — a complete blast to own and drive. beefy engine with lots of power and a quality transmission to back it up is always a plus. durable as all get out, its a very dense vehicle for its compact size. 4wd makes winter my favorite time of year. comfortable ride for it being on a pickup truck chassis. very useful and versatile vehicle all around.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

I haven't found any reasons not to get this suv

I Love It — I love just about every thing about my Jimmy. The performance is great. It gets up a goes. It's not costing me to much. It is very fun to drive. It has 4x4 so you know I love it. The only thing that I don't like about it is that is a 2 door and I have a baby still in the carseat.

Cherelle's Car — I love my car, it gets me to everywhere i need to go. I have lots of room and my kids have there own doors, its high off the ground, it has 4 wheel drive and gas is good when driven..

I Like It - It's My Boyfriend's Truck Though. — Performance - like any truck, not my thing but definitely not bad. Build - again, bigger than I like, but it is a truck. I love the look. Mine has a gold package which makes it stand out, especially after being waxed. The interior is all leather and I love that. The mileage is not great, but the way you drive makes a difference.

My Gmc Jimmy Review — One of the best truck I have ever owned. a very close #1 to my 97 Ranger, but that was a 2wd. I get 18 MPG city and 21 HYW. I love the room and pep and would get another on in this body style again.

Gmc Jimmy — That one came right after the Z28, was great on snow with the 4x4. If in 2wd, she's RWD and gets very good gas mileage for being an SUV, a rather spacious one too. Rides nicely, smooth for a truck and doesn't mind traveling at high speed, won't pay you back with enormous gas consumption. Over all a very nice SUV, great for somebody with the need of a bigger vehicle but without the big bucks to buy an Escalade or such.
