Ford F-250 Diesel — I love this truck, when I shift the five speed well the acceleration will keep your head in the seat, it handles surprisingly well I really never have to slow down for a corner. This truck also has the best TCS that I have ever encountered. The body style is my favorite body style of any vehicle with its tough and rugged look. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Depending On The Engine, It's An All Around Tough Truck For The Average Driver. — Exterior is well put together, with nice moldings on the sides, with chrome to compliment the body color. The interior is very basic. Tacky dash quality is pretty standard on these trucks. The performance leaves a LOT to be desired with the 4.6 liter V8. 0-60 takes 14.5 seconds. Handling is marginal with the open differential. It's also a major gas guzzler, getting realistic numbers around 10 to 14 MPG, depending on the day. | ||

Its Just A Great Truck — I've owned this truck for about a year but the owners before my were my grandparents. I drive it everyday and absolutely love it. It has a 4.6L V8 that's got enough power to do what i need it to do. Its never let me down and i appreciate owning it. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Great Truck. — i love the 460 big block 7.5 with the good strong E40D tranny 355 rear end and the dual 3 inch exhaust.this is a very powerful dependable truck that will last a long long time the only bad thing is that is sucks gas pretty badly. Love The Power & Versatility... — Great truck....it's got the 7.3L Powerstroke, and the best year possible (1997). Easy to work on, easy to turn up and get more power. Great for towing but also a good rig for around town...downside is combination of the crew cab (4 full doors) and a short bed. Backseat is roomy enough for 3, but bed isn't big enough to hold what you need. Still, love the truck. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) | ||

Great Truck. — Only thing I disliked was fuel economy. Got 8.5-9 MPG at all times. Was a great truck. Had ALOT of power, towed great, handled great sat up high with OUT a lift kit. Would go through any mud or snow with 4X4 Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) |
