Save Your $ And Buy A Toyota Or Honda — I find it sometimes unnecessarily complicated for service of some of the typical home mechanical repairs. Oil changes are easy enough, changing the passenger side headlight is a 1/2 day adventure since so many pieces of the airbox behind it must be removed. It is the 1.6 liter 1996 with auto trans not quick off the line at all I find it could not even get out of its own way. Build quality as I mentioned as of service the things that break are things you never expect to-window cranks, heater control buttons that fall off. Appearance, looks like a Honda or any small mid '90's car. I expected better milage, my Corolla gives me 48mpg HWY and 28 CTY and this is about 38 HWY and 25 CTY. Fun Factor - ZERO. Parts are hard to come by. If I had to do over I would have kept my old Tercel. Primary Use: Family transportation |
