Exceptional — The 1996 Honda Accord is an exceptionally reliable vehicle with a very low cost of ownership. With currently over 170,000 miles, it runs beautifully. However, without the VTEC engine, this car does not pick up as quick as responsively as many drivers may want. The styling is wonderful with a design that does not look outdated at all despite it being a 14 year old vehicle. Primary Use: Commuting to work

The Best Generation Of The Accord, I Think. — Overall it's a great car I love it! Honda is a great make and this generation of the Accord is my favorite!! :) Performance is awesome has the wonderful v-tech motor!:) kicks you back a little for just a 4-banger! lol theres small squeaks within the suspension but that going through tough gravel roads at 45mph. nice and smooth though! gas mileage is awesome over 420 miles per tank! i love it it's very fun to drive! wish it was stick but everything else makes up for the loss there. My Honda Accord Lx 2 Door — First Car. Good Quality except for a few problems. For a car from 1996 and the mileage no major surprises. For 140,000+ miles it ran strong. Gets up and goes. Very fuel efficient. High 20s low 30s mpg. Cost of ownership wasn't too bad. I loved the car and it was a lot of fun to drive. Drove it many miles and had many great memories with it. I would recommend a 1996 Honda Accord to anyone if you buy a good quality one. Great vehicle. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Excellent Car !! — what a great car , the only thing i can fault it on is the windows , exactly the same problem as the rover 600 , performance is tuned for cruising on motorways but if you want to burn a boy racer off at the lights , you shouldnt have any problem . Very reliable , luxurious roomy interior and lots of toys , comfortable ride and good looks with a bit of performance thrown in , great for carting your kids around at high speed . | ||

Awesome And Reliable If You Dont Want A Track Ready Car — i love every part of it except how slow it is. brakes tend to roast on spirited drives, handling is good now that i lowered it but it still needs a rear sway bar. never had ANY issues with it besides usual maintenance. i get 30mpg combined Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) | ||

The Car To Own — Performance is what you would expect from a 4 cylinder. The quality is excellent per all Hondas. Good gas mileage. Cheap to operate with mileage and low/no maintenance problems. I find it fun to drive since I don't have to worry whether it's going to start. | ||

Fun To Drive, The Exhaust Sounds Mean, And It's Easy On The Wallet. — This car belonged to my bro JP, I cleaned it up, installed a touch screen flip out Monitor, added limo tints, fixed some body damage, replaced the V-Tec Solenoid, changed the throttle, fixed the cold air intake, and prepped for a turbo manifold. the car gets about 30 to the gallon, and can pull about a 10 on the strip. Honda Accord Aerodeck - Rock Solid Cruiser — I needed a cheap wagon and this is one of the most stylish in the lot. Engine is quite torquey, and it has loads of equipment. It feels rock solid on the tarmac, and build quality is excellent. The suspension is advanced, and gives a perfect touch, but spare parts are rather expensive. Very recommended |
