1995 Toyota Camry Le — This car is great for just getting around. Obviously, it can't touch a sports car in terms of performance, but it does what's necessary. I've gotten in a couple fender benders, and each time, it's been relatively unscathed. There is a little oil leak that I've been neglecting , and there are only 2 windshield wiper settings (the 2 fastest), but that's all that's really wrong with it. Interior is very nice. The exterior looks a little on the generic side, but what can you expect?

Toyota Camry 1995,south African Spec. — Great ride, road holding, fast, quiet, super economy and very roomy.Super reliable, tough, running cost -average.In a nutshell,I loved the car.It was a super all rounder in every sence of the word.Mine was a WAVE BLUE with charcoal interior.I am of the oppinion that the dealership was a bit on the pricy side when it cam to sevice costs.

Loyal Toyota Owner. — I Love my car...great pick-up, V-6 is wonderful. I have 156k on it, not a problem yet. My last car was a Corolla, we sold it with 246k on it, and it only had a couple of rust issues (live in Indiana), still ran great! I will always stick with Toyota's!

Pros

Comfortable, smooth ride

Cons

not very good mpgs for a 2.2l, slow as balls, not very reliable when driven hard

The Car That Tried — This was my first car, it was a decent first car being that it got like 26mpg, but is one of the slowest cars ive ever been in and we had quite a few problems at the 125k mileage mark. Toyotas are supposed to go to 200k+? Still smoothe ride and good on long trips.

My Marcy — My car is surprisingly quick, but it's not a legend killer. Nobody can believe it's a camry cause it looks way better than the new pieces of crap. One of the best motors ever made. My car goes through gas like a scottish guy drinks beer at the pub. Because its an automatic my car is not fun to drive.

Pros

The Camry and I fought in the New Millenium Gas Crisis side by side.

Cons

Reliability and economy aren't the only important characteristics of a car. (sorry Dad)

The Camry — was the old family car graciously given to me by my folks. I learned how to drive a stick on it back in 1999. It had a ton of miles on it when I got it and I put a ton more on. Reliable as hell, but just no fun: I drove it grumpily to class at 7am and through snow that niether of my older cars would have made it through, at least not sideways. At 252,000 miles its second engine it died with a peaceful puff of white smoke as I was pulling into my driveway.

Reliable Car, Kinda Boring For A Younger Person — I've had it for 2 years and put about 30,000 miles on it and haven't had to do any major repairs.

Pros

this car does everything. it goes pretty fast, it has plenty of room for friends or junk, never gives me any trouble, fantastic in the snow, comfortable, reliable, great on gas for a v6, i couldn't ask anything more from a car in terms of overall utility.

Cons

its automatic, but its good for cruising at least.

It's The Cam-baby, It Ain't A Scam, Baby. — this car has survived numerous beatings, and no matter how often i bury the gas pedal, it doesn't complain or break. it can haul a ton of crap including a ka24de, or some friends, can go 140 mph, and since it got hit and salvaged, it bought me the supra, and all it needed was a side marker. 120k miles and i expect at least another 120k before any major failures.
