1995 Nissan 300ZX 2 Dr STD Hatchback Review
ProsSleek and elegant body styling, POWER!, easy to get more power out of, and overall a fun car. With very little modification, this car can compete with the likes of Vipers, Corvettes, and V8 Ferrari's. ConsEngine bay is stuffed full making it hard to work on, and Expensive!

Performance, And Style... What More Could You Want! — Although it is an older car, it comes with a very rich racing heritage. Just by owning this automotive master-piece, I am honored to be a part of the Z family. With a semi out-dated interior, aftermarket support has more than enough goodies to help modernize it. Imagine the body line of Victory Secret model, and the power of a NFL Offensive Lineman, all balled up into one refined package. That is the 300ZX. |

ProsLooks and performance ConsOnly a 2 seater, and the insurance cost.

Great Daily Driver — For the year and the $ its a great car. I havent had any huge problems with it mechanically. Fuel economy could be better, but otherwise the cost to own isn't bad. The Z is a great car to drive just around town. I will probably keep this car for a long time. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Great Looking Car — Incredibly fun car to drive and gets a ton of looks because of paint job and rims. Pretty good amount of power even though its non turbo and the gas mileage is pretty bad but it doesn't matter when your driving this car. Also the handling is absolutely incredible, it blew me away. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

Super Fun And Reliable — Fun to drive! Very reliable! Great looks! Great seats. Actually has good storage under the hatch. The non turbo will last longer and has excellent driveability. Not super fast with 220hp..but enough. Could use a 6th gear. Can be noisy on certain roads. Everything works like new. Great value. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

ProsEverything ConsPain In The Ass To Work On But Well Worth It

Awesome Car Never Gets Boring — Performance is awesome very fast car. The car is 15 years old it's had problems nothing real serious since the motor only has 33,000 miles on it. Everyone looks weather i am passing them or just driving through town. So much fun overall car is great nice interior and exterior. Only downside is fuel and repairs, and allot of mechanics refuse to work on it. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

ProsVery responsive, quick, and even comfortable ConsBeing older, it requires work & money

I Love It. 'nuff Said. — Being Nissan's flagship of the time, this is a sold, well-built car. It will please the auto enthusiast as a stock model, but also has a very large support group making aftermarket parts and helping to recommend, install and troubleshoot. The car itself is great, but the community around it makes it well worth getting into. |

Nice Driving Car — I like my replacement 300zx. Have had it for 6 years, after I totaled my 1986 300zx 2+2 Hatchback. I liked the '86 styling better. The 1995 model drives smoother, minimal roll on turns. The interior is roomier. The highway driving is very smooth and there is less road noise. Owner for 5 years, 6 months Miles Driven per Year:6,000 |
