1995 GMC Sierra 1500 C1500 SLT Extended Cab LB Review
Finally have my truck - 4x4, raised, power everything.
Needs bull bars for those stupid deer.
Awesome Truck — Leather interior with the SLT, 4x4 Z71 works perfectly. Fun to drive in snow, especially with the 4 inch body lift and mud tires. Has great traction, easy to handle in a skid or fishtail. Power seats, rear sliding window, power windows and tinted glass are all great extras.
1995 GMC Sierra 1500 K1500 SL 4WD Standard Cab LB Review
Excellent power, 4x4, comfortable interior, superior handling, durabile body, unstoppable on or off road
Parts prone to terrible rust, transmission problematic, expensive to maintain towards end of life, considerable cost at the pump
Best Vehicle I Ever Owned — Was my fathers truck before it was mine, he used it as his daily driver and for hauling construction supplies on and off the jobsite. He owned it for 14 years, then passed on to me when he got a new vehicle. I used it for the same purpose. Best truck I ever drove; no lift, but I felt like I was sitting on top of the world when I drove her. I had no complaints about this truck, except the cost it took to maintain it towards the end of its life. A lifetime of corrosion due to salt and hard winters got the best of it, causing the transmission to split in half! I didn't have the money to repair it, otherwise I would have. I dearly miss this truck, and would buy another one just like it in a heartbeat.
Primary Use: Commuting to work
