Built Ford Tough — I absolutely love this truck, theres nothing like flooring it on an old secondary road and listening to that engine suck air and run like a champ! I've got one of the 302 Windsor engines, and its never left me stranded so far... The gas mileage isin't great, but its a truck, and it should act like it... Trucks from the early 90's were the last that actually rode like trucks in my opinion, the ride will get smoother the more weight you haul, or tow. I've heard people have trouble with the transmissions on these models, and long for the old C4 transmissions found in the late 80's Ford trucks, but I still haven't had a problem yet. They rust, around the fenders, and the cab mounts; but thats just cause I live up north... When I bought mine I thought the stock muffler was a little restrictive, probably just because it was 12 years old at that time. The interior is a little cramped in the standard cab models, I have a hard time being 6'2, so look for an extended cab. Theres lots of chrome with all the packages past XL, gives it some class, and is a nice tribute to an era of car design thats starting to go away... Long live these unaerodynamic brick shaped trucks, I love mine and don't have any plans on selling...

Paid 800 Fo It And Wldnt Get Rid Of It Unless We Traded Or For A Decent Amount More Than Wht I Paid — PERFORMANCE- 302 v8 in it and runs smooth, for me its a little slow on acceleration but its still ok and the breaks are not touchy which is wht i like and the handelin has a little looseness to it which is great. BUILD QUALITY- takes a beatin like a real ford and still looks great APPEARANCE- average on appearance but to ppl who like this build, thn you will love it FUN FACTOR- goes anywhere i want it to and its not 4X4...you jus have to kno how to drive it

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Awesome Truck To Drive, And Looks Great In My Opinion — i absolutely love this truck, the 4 wheel drive is awesome to have and works great. The engine has plenty of power and goes pretty good for a truck. Its a blast to drive. The interior is wicked comfortable and simple. The seats are very comfortable, i have no problem driving 4 hours sitting in the seat. Backseat is kind of small.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

My Big Truck — I just wanted a cheap truck or wagon to occasionally haul larger loads, with a back seat for my son. It's got a 302/auto. It had enough power for my needs. Rusted out and junked. I may get another someday.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Good Looking Truck — I am very happy with the overall capability and looks of this truck. The only Modifications I have made are to the front 4WD Hubs from Auto to Manual locks and a TurboMaster muffler trying to get BETTER MPG. I would do anything even change computer chip to get 18 MPG.

Amazing — Amazing truck. Couldnt ask for anything better. Towing is great, interior is great. My truck has 225,000miles on it and still runs like a champ. I love Suzie Q. Fun to drive and rides like a Caddy, but has a lot of power. This truck can pull a house down. :)

I Would Own 10 More Exactly Like It. — I have owned a lot of vehicles in my short time on this earth. Not because I roll like that but because they all blow up on me. This F bomb has been bulletproof. Best truck I have ever owned.
