ProsOld School Luxury, Big Body Sedan ConsLot's of Oil/Fuel leaks.

Sturdy, Dependable Car, Good Buy — Slow and Sluggish, this is what this car is about, but it does get great fuel milage, 30 or more miles per gallon at most times, the build is great, its strong, heavy like a tank, and remarkably comfortable inside, safe enough for the Kids, and its not fun to drive but you cant complain with todays gas prices Primary Use: Commuting to work |

ProsVault on Wheels ConsCan

Massive Mercedes — It is built like a vault. It has features I don't even know how it works (the HVAC cools the fuel line to avoid vapor lock, there are at least two air compressors for the pheunamic systems, the side windows are dual pane and move to unseal when the door is opened). It works well as long as the periodic maintenance is performed. I've had only two unscheduled events (regulator, unbalanced wheels) that I didn't cause. |

Prosgood for the appearance Consheavy fuel comsumption

Excellent Built — performance is pretty good, appearance is like a limo, gas mileage is very bad, the maintenance is fairly expensive, the brake down level is fairly high as it is aging. the interior is simple but elegant. the build quality is perfect, as you would know its a German car Primary Use: Commuting to work |

ProsCar excellent fuel economy on the highway. Because it is very heavy it is thirsty in the city. Luckily I live out of the city. It is a beautiful car to drive. ConsThe brakes need a bit of a hard push to get them to re-act.

1993 S320 W140 — This is a quite a heavy car but still gets excellent fuel economy on the open road. I would hate to think what it would be like in the city. The self closing doors occasionally need to be reset by disconnecting the battery cable. This seems to be good for a month or more. This has to be one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven. Like all older cars it need regualar service but seems to keep going. I have had it for 3 years now and done some minor repairs. Clutch Fan, wiper switch, ABS computer but that is about it. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

Some People Will Think Its An £80,000 Car Plus 50cent Had One — Used this car from the garage that I worked at. One of the best ever built 4door saloon cars made. All electric seats with memory positions eaven head rests electric and rear seats too with sun visores in the back with lights, mirrors and air con controls in the back as well. It had double glazed windows, arials on the back that popped up in reverse to see the back of the car when parking. It had automatic doors that closed themselves on the catch and the mirrors were elecrtic and folded in electrically too, plus they were heated. It had a battery that worked a heater so hot air came out the heater before the car was hot. This may not sound a lot but the car is 16 years old now it was was ahead of its day. |

Only New Mercedes Can Be Better — even it is 16 years old, there are many options which are not in new cars and also Mercedeses. I have driven many cars, I have just seen 2008 CL500 is more comfortable. So that only Mercedes S-Class CLS-Class and CL-class can make you feel comfortable like that. 8 brothers are working perfectly in the engine. 320HP can move 2 tones easily. Exactly over 100 km/h, A3 1.8 turbo can not catch it. it is 16 years old and i just bought this car a week ago, my car only have a few problems; Park assist and powered windows. W140 has chronic problems that white parts of tail lights become gray and wooden works inside can broken. 100 liters of gas can enough for 600 kms. I think it is not too much for 8 cylinders. Primary Use: Family transportation |

I Love This Car....fun To Drive. — 350 horsepower of luxury with classic MB looks. Built like a tank, moves like a sports car. Designed way ahead of its time. Heated rear power seats, rear vanity mirrors, one touch sunroof/window close, rear power shade, self leveling suspension, 11 speaker Bose system. Repairs hurt but it'll last forever. Primary Use: Commuting to work |
