Bottom Line, Awesome Truck, Can't Go Wrong. — this truck is really awesome, i can't think of anything that could go wrong without it not being properly maintained... it's a great truck, very strong engine and transmission, very fun truck to go cruising in, can't really beat it...

Solid, Reliable, Never get stuck in anything.

Cons

I wish I had the 454 Engine option?

Rusty Trusty Gmc — The old GMC K1500 4WD, About as fast as one could expect for a 5.7L V8 that barely puts out 200hp. Build Quility, one word: SOLID. Apperance is average, we all know one of these trucks when we see them. You either love it or hate it. Gas mileage, well, does that matter with a truck? Lets be honest here, if your worried about MPG, then you don't need a truck. Fun factor, in RWD mode, its a blast in the winter, 4WD is like driving on rails. Pretty straight forward here.

I Love This Truck! — Found it with 140,000. Well maintained. It has the exact engine and feel of a truck that is meant to be cared for by the owner. You can find everything, and can usually locate any issues just by feeling it out or listening to the idle. It's a truck built the way all should be. If you love trucks, and can appreciate turning a wretch now and then, it's a great purchase. I hope to drive this one for another 150,000. (5.7 TBI)

Its a GM truck. Theres nothing else to be said.

I Dont Know What This Is — Its my truck! its a '94 and the interior looks like its been redone but it hasnt been. It performs very well. You can tell by driving it...its a little old. Just a tune up on a few thing every now and then and its just fine! It will be ready to go any time. I love to drive it, some times i feel like i abuse it. But its a a GM make...it'll be fine!

Great — This 1994 gmc sierra sle is a good first truck to have because it is very reliable with a smaller engine, a v6 instead of a big v8. ALso i like the magneflow exhaust system, dual straight pipes that make my truck look and sound great. Overall a good little truck.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

This is a one of a kind.  "Only driven by grandma once weekly to bingo"....sorta. It was one of the last manufactured in the Ft. Worth, Texas GMC Plant.  It's been very well maintained and looks almost like it just came out of the show room.  It now has 54K miles.  Even the engine compartment is clean.  It needs nothing in the way of repairs and is loaded with '94 options including leather of a far better grade than the new ones.

At stop lights, the stock fuel injected 350 walks away from the new 6.2 liter models.  Yet delivers 20 mpg. on flat highways without the a/c running, at 65 mph..

Cons

There is one very small hole in the outside of the driver's seat where "someone" got in to it with a screw driver in their rear pocket.

Built Better Than The New Ones!! — I've no complaints and except for a new tank and fuel pump has given great service with only manufacturers suggested maintence...I have receipts. The body and interior look new because it's been garaged except when on the road...mostly highway miles. It has the trailer towing package but has never even had a hitch put on it.

its it great shape for the year and very comfortable to drive

Cons

transmission keeps burning up

Decent Truck — Needed nothing when bought had to put 4 transmissions in the past year and a half. truck is fun to drive and gets decent fuel mileage when on the road. It has a nice stereo in it could use new head unit but has 2 10" Kenwood 1000 watt subs and a MTX 2000 watt amp.

Comfort, Dependable, Responsive, Affordable. — '94 GMC 1500 SL Ext-Cab...Purchased used w/221,000 odometer. Super-Clean inside and out- no rust. Having a bad back and joints, this truck is truly comfortable for me and my back. At 221,000, there's still plenty of Power, very responsive, Descent MPH, Great Creature Comforts. A True Pleasure to Drive.

Money Pitt — i like the color and that its a extended cab, the body has almost no rust but it is a older truck so i know it will need some tlc, other than that it is one of the worst trucks i have ever had.
