Pros

RWD Chevy 350

Cons

2wd

Good — Great low end power, good for towing/hauling, pretty smooth for a truck. One of the nicer body styles of GM pickups and rated one of the best for reliability as well. Only thing that I've had done to it is TPS and manifold bolts.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros

Cons

Fuel Economy (12mpg), Feels too sluggish for how small it is, not enough horsepower.

1994 C1500 5.0l V8 Tbi 2wd Club Cab — This has been an excellent truck. Very reliable. Mine has about 193,100 miles on it and is still running strong. Plenty of torque, but low horsepower.

Hard As A Rock — ive always owned chevrolet pickups. i had to sell my 2006 6.0l 22 but at the moment i have a 94 manual 5.7 and it is very dependable. i also have a 2000 silverado i gave to my wife. it has over 200k miles and still runs strong. ice cold ac. ive had it since it had 56k miles. ive taken good care of both trucks and they have taken care of me.

Pros

The 5 speed, and decent amount of power

Cons

Wish it was extended cab and 4 wheel drive

Decent Work Truck — Its a pretty good truck. It has 239,000 miles on it, but it still runs just fine. I have to get new tires on it though, but that shouldn't be too bad. It doesn't have a radio in it right now, but I can deal without one. It has the 4.3L V6 and a 5 speed manual transmission. I would rather have the manual because automatics are just boring and it makes it more fun to drive with a manual. Plus its easier to tow with a manual in my opinion. (EDIT): Just added a 1" throttle body spacer and it gets better fuel economy and a slight power increase.

Pros

Towing and Reliability

Cons

Fuel Mileage and Brakes (related to the towing)

1994 Chev K1500 — Fuel Mileage could be better, but it will tow anything i've ever tried. 383 000km on it and counting. Powertrain has been very solid. body is starting to finally show its age a little. it is after all a 15 year old truck already. Would definately buy another one just like it

Get It. — This truck is a beast. If you want a reliable vehicle get a chevrolet. It has no balls because it's a v6 but it gets decent gas mileage. One day they will make this truck again. Do recommend. It is painted as so one can not see the rust.

Beats Everything Out There That Is The Same Age As This Truck — this truck has balls to it. it is a well made good ol' american machine. needs some fixing up, but the majorty of it runs like new. deffenetly makes the guys in bmw's and mercadi really run for their money to beat me off the line.

The Grinch — It's a Chev, enough said. ;) Gas mileage aint the greatest, but if u really care about that-get a prius you loser. jk. Rough Country 3.5" lift with 285/75/r16 Nitto Terra Grapplers. This thing can corner on the highway, as well as take care of itself off-road.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
