Pros

Power, decent gas mileage, aggressive looks, 6-spd. manual, classic musclecar sound

Cons

Interior layout, visibility, difficult to perform basic maintenance

The Muscle Car Still Lives! — The first car I have ever purchased, and to be my daily driver no less. This was the first generation to get the 6-spd. manual. Coupled with the LT1, its a blast to drive. As a friend once said, "Climbing in your car is like strapping into a cockpit!" Their are some gripes, like the poor location of the cupholder behind the shifter, the somewhat restricted visibility and the tight-fitting motor under the hood (see 4+ hr. tune-up). But, pound for pound and dollar for dollar, this is definitely one of the best muscle machines around.

Pros

Very fun to drive, good amount of power

Cons

cheap inside and lt1 is a weird made motor

I Like It But Would Rather Have Ls1 — Runs very good but inside build quality is junk. It get pretty good gas mileage, the 6 speed makes it really fun and helps with the gas. Not the best handling car or the fastest but it is a pretty fun car to drive, especially with the t-tops.

Nothing like that V8 rumble

Cons

it's a camaro, so there's a definite mullet-factor.

I Love My Camaro, Despite It's Downfalls. And It Will Be A Monster When I'm Done With It. — performance wise, the car is quick, but it isn't fast. Yet. It was built by the same people who designed the packaging for chewing tobacco. But i love the car. it really is great to drive. it doesn't cost near as much to run as expected, even though it gets about 10-14 mpg city. It redeems itself on the highway by getting around 25-30+ mpg. It has needed a few repairs such as my catalytic converter fell apart because the previous owner hardly drove it and that in turn broke my oil pressure sending unit. other than those malfunctions the car is pretty sturdy, it handles well for what it is, and if need be, it will get off it's ass and move.

Pros

rare color,  best around sweeping and windy back roads if in the hads of a good driver. great sound if done right. good looks in and out. good mpg

Cons

underpowered for drag. gov. at 115 or 120. like most chev, have to keep up on the small things beeing broken, like door handles and things like that.

Great Every Dau Car. Good On Gas. 27hwy 20-23 City — this car is ment for young people. can be hard on the back on long drives, but once you get use top it, it is a great travel car. even the z28. they both get in the mid 20 hwy mpg and the hatch back on the car makes for great sound if you goit a good sytem in it. the only thing is the 3.4 makes good power if you are a high schooler just leaner to drive, but older driver would want more power. had the car for two year, got it at 127,000 miles or so and know it has 175,000 miles on it. before that it has been in my family sence about 30 or 40,000. headgasget blowen at 175 but mostly due to me beating the crap out of it when i first got it and runing a the car hard that old is hard on any motor. the car as a hole is in great shape. purple pural metalic, rare color but looks great on the car.

Good And Bad — It's a good fun sporty car. It's got enough power to satisfy the basic wants, and has that wonderful V8 sound. Maintenance has a high front end cost but little to no periodical cost. Labor is expensive and time consuming. The main draw backs with this car is that high front end cost of parts, high cost of labor, and low gas mileage due to the V8

Total Driving Experience — Appearance still turns headS! There's nothing better than driving this car on the winding country roads on a summer day with the T-tops out! So much fun to drive - incredible acceleration and sport-car handling; great gas mileage which helps every $4+ gallon go farther.

Loved It. — My first V8 Fourth Gen, I had this car for years and I regret selling it. It had the M29 optioned T56 that was only offered in 93. It had every option available in 1993 except T-Tops. Out of all my cars, this is the one I'd really want to get back if I could.

Awesome — 350 LT1 6-speed what else is there to say. It completely blew the mustang out of the water when introduced in 1993 and still has no problem doing it today. There is never a dull moment in the car. It is very fun to drive.
