Great Weekend Car For The Common Man — I have the 2.3 full stock no turbo, its silver with gray and black interior. for a 92 the thing has very few problems its holds together well. The roof above the back seat is a little short so if you have people in the back watch the speed bumps. The front seats are great i'm 6.2 and i can easily sit comfortably. The car is totally reliable other Fox body era cars have had over half a million miles on them and still run strong, just remember to change the oil check the tire and its always ready to go. With a two door car and small back seat this is not much of a family car. The fuel mileage isn't overly great at about 23mpg. The price on this car is good ranging from 2,000 to what ever your willing to pay, cobra model can be up there in price. The trunk is small.

It Runs — This is a 1992 ford mustang gt with a 460 swap. Tubular k member, fuel sell, lunati cam, 1050 holley, 12 point cage, frame connectors, hooker super comp headers and its kind of a sleeper ride. Hoping to have it done before next summer...

Its the last of a dying breed. Not as fast as the new Mustangs but old owners of the foxbody say they wish they would have kept theirs.

Cons

After 20 years the convertible leaks in the front.

Its A Nice Cruzin Ride. — Overall this has been a good car. I did not modify the engine except for a K&M air filter which I believe is why I have had no mechanical breakdowns or always having to work on the car. Its garage kept so that helps also.

Mr — Thousands of aftermarket products available to make vehicle your unique vision. Looks and sounds fantastic. With top down built in tanning Solon. If you keep your foot out of the gas pedal gets decent gas mileage. First Mustang with airbags. Has all the bells and whistles.

Hey, What's Not To Like. — This is an old car that will be used as a drive train donor for a Factory Five Roadster. It has a 225 HP V8 and a 5 speed manual transmission. It has plenty of power, and is comfortable to drive if a little on the loud side, the previous owner has done some removal in the exhaust department. The body is in fair shape, with some rust on the drivers side, and the overall paint quality is poor. Perfect Donor! The car is a lot of fun to drive, it makes all the right sounds and I have actually been able to get over 20 miles per gallon.

Parts Are Cheap And Easy To Find. It's Perfect For Street, Track, Or Just Daily Driving. — Well, most of this is just generalization over all Foxbody Mustangs. I just bought this car about a week ago and I'm in Afghanistan so i haven't yet been home to drive it. But my past experience with 79-93 mustangs has been very good. Mustangs overall have a pretty good reaction to sudden throttle and get up to speed FAIRLY fast. I do sometimes wish they had a factory 351 version, but there's so much you can do with the 302. Both braking and handling on factory 92 Mustangs could use a slight upgrade. It's not poor by any means, but it could be much better. The appearance of this car is pretty obvious. It needs paint. but other than that the interior is in good condition, the new Saleen rims look B.A. and it's perfectly set up for the Saleen clone it will be when I get home. any 5.0 Mustang in good running condition is gonna be a fun car to drive. This one more so for two reasons, one, it's 5 speed, two it's MINE. that always makes it better. i would recommend this car to ANY type of car enthusiast. There are just too many options to pass up a life opportunity like this one.

Best Bang For Your Buck For Performance — Love the body style, engine and interior. I hate the brakes and build quality of any American vehicle built after the late 60s..... but hey, It's the best bang for the buck if your looking for a fast car. Upgrades and restoration parts are plentiful!
