Great For City Or Highway Jaunts Of Weeving In And Out Of Traffic — stop and turn like a beast, no super slow in a straight line but quick if u dont have 200k miles. has needed no mechanical repairs. just a little body or interior stuff. cheap to own, cheap to drive. defintion of rice. goes sideways pretty easy. most fun car ive ever owned, i have 2 na models

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

If you like small, nimble, cheap, sporty, two seater cars

Cons

NO trunk space

I Miss Mine Everyday — Acceleration was alot of fun with minor upgrades, braking was great, handling was awesome. Build quality was very good. Appearance was a little mis matched with the stock bug eye headlights, but mostly good. It didn't cost much to own. Fun Factor of 10!!! Like driving a go-kart on the street.

Pros

It feels better than anything else in the world

Cons

It is small, the roof is not that water tight

The Na Mx5 Miata — These cars are so amazing! It may have a meager amount of power, but there is NO SUBSTITUTION! Miatas feel so tight and grab around anything. Minor performance upgrades will make it a track ready animal. I LOVE MY CAR GO BUY ONE TODAY

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

91 Miata — Great nimble car. Not great daily driver. Cheap maintenance, and great build quality, though not hard considering the small amount of parts used in the car. Very fun to drive but lack of power can be very frustrating. two words.

not so fast

It´s Fun — I like that it´s cheap to run, very reliable and very fun to drive, it´s got everything you need on it, but still it needs to be just that bit more practical and fast. It handles very well.

Pros

sweet handling

Cons

your mother in law will hate it

I Have One, Need I Say More? — this is a real sports car, light, simple; easy to drive... except when you decide to go really fast, then it can oversteer on corners and scare you if you don't know what you are doing. The fun of driving fast in a slow car such as this one far outweighs the fun of trying to go slow in a really fast car. its usually cheaper too.

Pros

Quick, nimble, and cheap

Cons

It is an older car.

The Mx-5 — The Miata in stock form leaves a lot of room for improvement. This Miata is to a point where I cannot complain. Full suspension work makes it handle like it should (in my eyes). The garrett turbo makes the car perform great. I have driven stock Miatas, and while they are fun, they just lack too much. I like knowing that my car hangs with V8s'. It is honestly like a go-kart on steroids.

Pros

RWD LSD

Cons

It's a little underpowered, stock.

25

Rwd Lsd — It is a RWD sportscar with LSD. It weighs roughly 2000 pounds. It is a handling beast, and once it's turbo and has coilovers, will destroy all. The only downside is the build quality is typical old japanese. Rusts sort of easy. The seats are comfortable, but this is a sportscar. Overall a really fun car to drive.

Pros

Handling, quickness, quality, cannot break it, looks good

Cons

Needs  a little more power

Miata, Fun In The Sun — This is the most fun car to drive I have ever owned. It is bettere than the two Corvettes, I have had. Better handling, and better build quality. I like the older Miata because the are light, rugged, simple and easy too modify. My Honda CRX was almost has much fun, but not a convertible.

Cons

Too small, flexy chasis, relatively slow.

I Still Miss This Car — Engine is willing but still anemic, which makes it fun to try to go fast. Although they are famous for being very reliable I had to repair mine a lot, although it only left me stranded once. Build quality is above4 average. I was able to autocross it without any problems ( not bad for a 12 year old car). Probably the most fun car that I've ever owned. The cockpit might give some claustrophobia though.
