Pros

The styling never gets old. It's reasonably fast.

Cons

The automatic transmission. The stupid air suspension (converted to coils). A bit small inside.

Great-looking Car, Turning Into A Project Car. — I've had this car since '97. I wanted a Mark VII but would have settled for a Thunderbird or Cougar. Luckily I found this one in the paper. The dealer in Takemah let me take it home for the weekend and I was hooked. The styling's great and the engine/underpinnings are pretty much from the Mustang GT. Mine's starting to show its age as I've had to replace worn parts and the transmission. The dash recently started cracking and rust is showing up as well. I recently converted it from the worthless airbag suspension to coil springs and the handling noticeably improved. This car spends most days on a charger in the garage and is driven on nice weekends or when my daily driver's down.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

My car is Wonderful and very personable the interior supports and enhances the riding experience. The sound system is excellent and the sunroof does not leak, 5.0 H.O. roller motor that gets great gas milage and starts every time. My full coverage insurance with all the bells and whistles is $57.00 a month in Phoenix AZ. Since I have bought mine  have seen four but only one in my suburb of 500,000 people. I am fortunate because my car is a one off Administrative reserve vehicle for FORD MOTOR COMPANY from April 1990- Jan 1994 so it has every available option on a mid west car plus stripped carpet on the door panels and floorboards. all I have to do is hook up the iPod and insert the ignition key and drive every thing else is handled by my LINCOLN.

Cons

My car is like no other Lincoln Mark VII LSC SE; it is Ebony Black with Raven Black and Titanium interior. It have dark windows and the body is blacked out and on the right rear it has its LSC Special Edition Badgeing. Yes in one place and that's it. So my con is that I get profiled in it all the time.

A Beautiful Black Hot Rod Lincoln 1990 Lsc Se Rumbling..... — My baby has dual magna flows and rumbles when he starts and is putting out about 250-60 HP in that 5.0 H.O. Roller 302 EFI with a custom trans-go shift kit and a 4.11 traction lock 8.8 rear end. My ride is dark Black with limo tinted windows and blacked out body parts with polished wheels and runs like a raped Ape.....excellent car .

Ride Comfort Car; Very Comfortable. — Repairs have been very minimal. It has always handled very well with an excellent and comfortable ride. I have always felt very safe in driving this car as it sits very well on the road. The braking has been excellent with minimal repair throughout the years.

Depends On How You Plan On Using It. It's Been Good For Me So Far — Although it ways quite a bit the 5.0 can still get it going more than enough. I think the car handles great. I think it's got a unique style to it. Inside and out. Not too much repairs, just the exhaust so far. Overall it's a nice car

Airbag suspension $$$$

Fast/luxary — Car accelerated like a beast with its 5.0 engine compared to the mustang engine. Brakes were good and with the airbag suspension was like floating on a cloud. I love the distinguished look of the car. The inside was velor was pretty terrible in the summer. Car got probably around 10mpg. This car was a power house i loved it.
