Great Car If You Can Afford The Up Keep And Its American Built! — Bought the car when I was 16 for $1,700 out-right. I have owned it for roughly 5 yrs now and it still is working. I replaced the starter, a new water pump, and new tires. Over all just looking to get from point A to point B. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

1990 Jeep Cherokee!! — This Jeep is great on and off road. Its quick off the line and pulls great off road. The engine, tranny, and transfer case are built almost bullet proof. I would recommend this jeep to anybody who likes a daily driver and likes to spend some time off road on the weekend |

A True Jeep — Well this jeep is one of my faviorite cars because it is a classic, but there are some draw backs to it. The cooling system for this car is absoluty horrible and so is the braking distance. But the sound of the car is amazing. The 4.0L is a good motor but it deffinately needs some upgrades to perfomance. |

ProsMechanically Clean: engine runs strong, gears change smoothly, new brakes and tires, recent exhaust installed, maintained original equipment, air shocks in the rear, tow hitch, 2WD 4WD options, minimal rust, windows roll up & down-rubber fair2good, all doors open & close, hatchback hydrolics work find, everything under the hood looks good (needs tune up/oil change), glass on all but winshield great, rear defrost, heat, air conditioning works fine, dome lights/headlights/signals/wipers all ok, no rips/tears on seats, solid floor panels under decent carpet, back seat folds down well for cargo. passed inspection last June for 2 year plates ConsCrack in the Windshield, after that: Mostly cosmetic:needs radio, back panel needs to be reinstalled after speakers are placed back in(previous owner purchased-didn't finish), can hardly see dings from hail storm-doen't have rust forming, back wiper is present but needs to be plugged up to operate,will start to gage gas mileage after tune up & overall check

April Car Search Winner — i talked with the owner several times over the past 2 weeks during a recent search for a solid running classic in my current price range. maybe it was the sunshinest day we've seen this spring or trudging through so many inappropriate vehicles but when i got an upclose underneath hood up look round test drive this was the Car search winner! after insurance when we're better aquinted i'll update the review...pictures to follow~its been Beauteous these last 36 hours tho ;-) Primary Use: Family transportation |

Perfect For People Who Dont Have Many Kids Ands Likes Offroading — I liked the 4 wheel drive selection, the way it handles on and offroad the great offroad look. I have only jad to work on this jeep one time I changed the starter. It is not the most comfortable thing I have ever drove but the heater works excellent and I liked the power windows that alot of older jeeps dont have. Primary Use: Family transportation |

I Love This Car Best First Car Ever — I loved this car, it was great on everything, all the breaks on it were cheap and fairly easy but it was a fun car its a shame i drove like an idiot in and wrecked it. i had to redo the brakes a few times that was the only bad issue on it but i think that was because of my driving but, it was running strong 200,000 miles and could have kept going for a while Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Great Vehicle, I Have 3 — This was a great very capable vehicle overall, I got it at the end of its life. Not due to a failure, but a lack of previous maintenance. I ended up using it for parts for another Jeep. It had many of the common XJ's having including oil leaks and floor rust problems, but it got me were I needed to go. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Cherokee — Rear Axle sucks, motor and transmission is good. Decent rock climber. Overall nice ride with a lift and big tires. Cheap insurance aswell. Fuel milage isnt too bad considering It has 4.10 gears in the front and rear axles. Cheap to buy. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |
