ProsIts a clean, old school Dodge Truck "Mopar or No Car!" ConsReally just the paint. It is not the original paint as it had been repainted once in CA. This is a metallic Brown paint job but it is wearing off.

1990 Dodge Power Ram 250 — 1990 Dodge Power Ram 250 4x4 Standard Cab Long Box 360 cu in (5.9 L) LA V8 (190 HP) 4 Speed Manual Transmission 4:10 Gears I purchased this truck in November of 2006 just prior to my 16th birthday. I always wanted an older style Dodge pickup truck just like the one that my dad owns. Living up in Western New York, I know the extent of salt damage on vehicles from this area. I wanted a nice clean truck and the only way to do this was to find one from out of state. Using AutoTrader online i found this pickup in Los Angeles, CA. After speaking with the owner multiple times and having seen pictures, I purchased the truck unseen for 2,500 and then had it shipped to Buffalo for 1,500. It is a beautiful truck and i absolutely love it. Since i purchased it i have repaired many items due to age and wear and have also added custom options. This truck ONLY sees warm weather in the summer and in early fall and late spring. It has been oil-ed (rust preventative) at Schmidts and will NEVER see salt. My friends say i "baby" this truck but i just want it to last a very long time. It is always washed and waxed. She has just 94,000 miles of which i have put 2,000 on. Repairs: Mastercyclinder, clutch, brakes, seals, ujoints, fluids, bearings, powerstearing box, belts, tune up, waterpump, headliner, seat, and plastic trim moldings Add-ons: Bug Shield, Running Boards, Mudflaps with chrome tips, FloMaster Exhaust w/ Chrome, New Trailer Hitch, Carpeting, Radio (NOS), Magnum Rims and Tires, Toneau Cover Needs: Paint, Crack in lower Dash board, bumpers, drivers side rear view mirror Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

If U Wanna Haul Something And Roll Coal, Get A Dodge — keep in mind it is a truck, acceleration is decent, brakes are a bit funny, but firm. it handles like a truck. drive train is as reliable as can be, the body is squared and durable. i am personally a fan of the body generation and the interior is holding up much better than my brother's '99. haven't had it long enough to need to fill it up, the odometer is broke at 193,xxx so mileage is unknown. it is definitely fun to drive, even with the 3 speed auto with no overdrive Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) |

Love It Since I Am Building It/ — whats not to like about about this beast? its big, tough, torquey, fun to drive, and since its being completely rebuilt it will be reliable. It has that in your face look that if you dont move it will run you over. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

My Dodge D250 — Amazing throttle response, the truck runs like a dream at high way speeds smooth as oak. Bottom end power is thrilling but drops as transmission shifts into third. Heavy rear axle and 3/4 ton build makes it rough on holes and stiff in the rear end. Over all a great truck, hard on fuel as most are but so much fun to drive! |

Great Truck — there is nothing better than strong 1st gen dodge cumins 12v it makes th epower u need and if u need more u can get it for free with alittle bit of trying differnt things out and reading a diesel magizine can't beat the drivetrain unless its a automatic but there is quick and pretty simple ways to fix that once u have the knowlge to tear it down dodge cummins all the way Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |
