Snowboard and surf trips with the usual suspects....5 years of adventures !! Nick-named the "BIG DAWG", it's was a regular to Coe & Nevis and had a couple of trips to Aviemore. Surfing at Macharanish and South-end....in some crazy weather. This bad boy could seat 7 in luxury and have all the kit in the back with room to spare. TV, DVD player, 4 captain chairs, and a fold down bed...happy dayz. Had a 5 litre V8 petrol motor, so had to go when the price of fuel got ridiculous. Swapped for a GTO for the same value I bought it for 5 years previous...I still trawl e-bay look for it now and again ...hope the DAWG is still going strong ! Aug 01, 2010

Looking for a great vehicle? This is it. If you've always hated minivans for their lack of power, but you have to admit they have a lot of space inside...well get yourself a G-20...the power of an SUV with the space of a van! Great vehicle...also it is solid as a rock, in almost 20 years that mine has been in existence, the most that has ever happened to it was new brakes, new tires, and oil changes. 120k miles and the spark plugs have never been changed, and this thing still runs like it was new!!!!Jan 31, 2009

The van I own is actually a 1989, but facebook doesn't recognize this as a model year. This is a very interesting vehicle, mainly because the previous owner made it into a camper van. This van has a 3/4 size bed, microwave, captains seats, cupboards, a table, and a comper top. It is on its second engine with the body totalling nearly 300000 miles. It's a great vehicle to putter around the back woods, however it is NOT good to get this thing stuck as it is rear wheel drive, and is weighted down. One problem I have with it, obviously, is the gas mileage. It tops around 13 mpg with a 20 gallon tank. Needless to say it wasn't driven much when gas was close to $5.00 a gallon. Currently, I use it to haul around my crap between apartments and as storage. It is, however, great to have when you need to bring 10 people to Dysarts to get some food. If someone wanted a full size van for use as a camper, I'd say get a newer one (unless it was free, as in my case) or get an actual camper. I honestly see no reason to be driving one of these as a main way of getting around. They make no sense to drive to the store or to get to work.Jan 28, 2009

Well it didn't look like this when I got it. But I got what I needed out of it. :) This van had a 350, bored to a 383 small block. It needs to get junked, probably where it is now. When I had it it was fun driving it through my yard and down quad trails where it barely fit, wrapping it out trees, burnouts, shooting it with paintball guns, and hitting it into things or with things . In the end it recieved a awesome (spray) paint job. Jan 14, 2009

I spent a lot of time in here....while living in it, it wound up with a cracked block. So for the final couple months, we couldn't drive more than like a half a mile without putting more water in the radiator. Good thing there was plenty of room for the 20 2-liter and 1-gallon bottles of water we drove around with. We knew every gas station in Las Vegas that offered free water pumps, and would fill up the bottles every chance we got. Then we'd pour 2 into the radiator every half block... Quite a routine we had worked out. Going anywhere was such a pain! Oh yeah, and we got about 1 mile per gallon! At least it was 4 years ago, so gas was under $3. In the end, we stopped driving it when the starter went out.Jun 27, 2008
