My 1987 Pontiac Fiero Gt Stalls Out When It Gets Very Hot Outside.

The heat gauge is not reading hot, it just stalls whenever its hot out, just started this summer. Already bought a air control valve, and O2 sensor. No service lights are on or anything.

I've got a tank full of bad gas and would rather siphon it out but cant seem to get hose in far enough to get to the gas. The only option I have left is to take off the tank and drain.
