C4 Corvette — Love the car. It's a ton of fun to drive. The car is low to the ground and corners quite well. Tires are hard to find. I replaced the interior carpet, fuel pump and mufflers. The car has some issues with the clear coat, but that should be expected for a car this age.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love It! — Love this car, all parts are available through the Internet. I feel good just sitting in the car. I would love to change the interior to white along with the convertible top. Thinking of making it newer with a kit.

Just Plain Fun--nothin Like The Top Down And Wind Rushin Over My Bald Head — this is my 8th Corvette, the formers being C2's and C3's. Although I have loved them all, this C4 is a dream to drive and just all around good fun. Not that getting 24-25 miles per gallon around the town and gets it on like a scalded cat is a bad thing, mind you. My first convertible, too. Gotta love it--I may never put the top up--even if it rains (hahahahahah)!!

Beautiful Car! — Just bought an '87 convertible. Z-52 suspension, loaded, drives like a dream and only 20,300 miles! A tight car red on red w/white top. You cant miss this coming down the street. This makes covette number 6 I've ownd and its possibly the best one!

One Of The Nicer Things In Life — i really like this 87, but need to upgrade to a c5 soon because now i know what i need out of the corvette. i want more comforts and power to match. This a very nice car for the first time vett buyer.

Great 80's Corvette — The car holds up surprisingly well for an 80's corvette. Very few parts ever needed replacement. Drives incredibly well, but there isn't much communication with the driver. The throttle is sensitive and the steering feels a little dead, but still easy to put exactly where you want it. Black is a difficult color to mantain, but looks better than any other color on this car.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)
