Pros

it was just an ok truck

Cons

It was a headache trying to keep it running

I Was Disappointed That It Only Lasted A Short Time — Another well used truck before I bought it. I hauled horses in a steel box in the bed. I only got about a years used out of this truck, it wouldnt stay running and i replaced a ton of sensors on it.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Love It — Mustang 302 Swap out of a 93 Mustang Cobra, Crap gas but lots of power. Beefed up stereo, 33" tires. Viper alarm with all the bells and whistles. Love to see the little hondas in the rear-view mirror. Especially kids with daddies car

Pros

good dependable truck

Cons

it's an old truck

A Good Old Truck — I owned it recently so it handled like you would expect an old truck would, it needed some repairs but considering it was over 20 years old it was expected, 80's styling was not especially good for any vehicle but it's 4x4 short bed look helped. it was a 4 spd 300ci inline 6 and it got about 12 mpg. the 4 spd made it fun but the i6 isnt exactly the fastest engine

One Hell Of A Truck — The trucks a beast, it's a 302, except with elderbrock intake, carb, and heads, plus a set of unknown brand headers. Its a 4 speed 4x4 with granny low and yesterday we had 16+ inches of snow where i live plus the drifts built up in front of my truck and the truck started immediatly and drove right down my country drive way in 4 wheel drive in 2nd gear the whole time without a problem, that truck amazes me. not only that i get compliments all the time. Oh ya and the best part is, if you get bigger tires and get a lil lift, no one ever rides your ass : )

American Power

Cons

It's old and don't start when it's cold

Once You Get The Engine Rebuilt — For an old truck, it do and almost out perform some of the new ones. Build quality is spot on, solid. Fun factor for me is that it's a four speed transmission and I never use 1st gear. Cost of ownership less than a $1000.

Pretty Good For Year — OK good for playing around yet still get the job done Built for a work truck not really a performance machine. 500 dollars and it was mine. Now its worth about 1500 to 2000 Dollars. No fun if you try to show off
