Great Car, But Needs A Lot Of Repair Due To Age, But Runs And Drives Great — well the car is a project so i dont know about how everything is but its reliable, starts every time and pretty easily too, not to big on speed but has good torque, car is built pretty well, has common rust for these cars and paint is faded but the car is 31 years old and drives better than my 97 chrysler concorde. it gets horrible gas mileage because it has a slow leak. the car is very fun to drive when i can. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Greatest Car I've Ever Had! — This is a survivor! Built for heat, this thing withstands high heats with its nice sporty Chevy built motor. It cost quite a bit on gas, but hardly a thing in parts! And you know it's always fun to pull up in a Firebird! :D Primary Use: Commuting to work |

If You Have Dough And Time To Play! I'm A Family Guy Now, So I Sold It Off For A Minivan. Ugh! — had a heavily modified 69 Pontiac 350 motor. I was getting around 350 hp with that setup, then came the Pontiac 400 motor, swapped the 6x heads onto that and sold off the rest. fun project. Great handling, better power Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

79 Firebird — frame rot, other then that a real head turner, great paint job, not the biggest engine but still gets the job done with the 301 V8, if it had maybe the 400 turbo then would be plenty, might need a little more room in the back but as the driver who cares i dont sit back there!! |

Best Lookin Muscle Car In Payson Highs Lot! — Well mine has been in the family since it was new in 1979. It has about 200,000 on the original engine and still purrs like a kitten. Mine has been pretty much restored except for the engine, which I have plans for in the future. Great car |

Trans Ams Are Not Simply A Firebird! — There is a world of difference between a Firebird and a Trans Am. First off how about the 6.6 liter (Olds 403ci) It was faster then the desert wind, more powerfull then a raging lion to bad it got stolen. Owner for 3 years, 0 months Miles Driven per Year:25,000 |
