ProsEveryone should own a Gremlin at least once in their lives...classic iconic 70's car... ConsOnly that it is unrestored, and one in a long line in my yard to be restored....wish it was already done...

Gremlins... — Will be a badass street rod when I am done with it. Will have a GM 6-71 Blower on the 383 Roadrunner engine, ladder bars, trac-loc rearend, electric lime green with black stripes and blacked out windows...Interior is near mint condition, factory Air Car, will install a Vintage Air system in it, along with the usual killer stereo, etc. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Its Kinda Like If You're Grandpas Beater Pickup And An Econobox Got Drunk & Hooked Up — Even tho its been in the family over a decade now, I don't REALLY know this car as much as I'd like to. its been in my garage for a very long time, but until I found myself unemployed I never really got much done on it. in the last 2 years a lot has changed. its now registered in MY name, and several mods under the hood have taken place. we (brother and I) had thought for years it was a 258, but upon the purchase of a Chilton's I ran the block codes and discovered it was the more sought after 232. nonetheless, I've equipped the offenhauser 4bbl intake, and a holley 390. and a header. I've driven it around the neighborhood a little, but I really look forward to getting the holley set up correctly (correct power valve n stuff) to really see what its all about! oh I shouldn't forget an accell super coil. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Amazing Piece Of American Automobile History. — 6 cyl - 258 engine, only 80,000 miles, purchased in Chicago and driven back. Only has 3 options - Wheel covers and a white stripe and the upgrade engine (232 was basic) Even has radio delete. This color is called "forest service green" |
