Here's To Power — How can you go wrong with a muscle mach 1? People would ask if this thing was for sale on a weekly basis. Motors built to about 430hp. And it just sounds like a beast, the whole car rumbles at idle. Easy to work on too.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros

It was fast and looked pretty sharp at the time.

Cons

Not good on long trips

Your Bottom-line On This Car — This was a great car, finally got a car with a V8 but was only a car for two. After about 2 years it started to rust around the rear tail lights. I got it all fixed up and got a beautiful paint job and then I started having trouble with the engine so I traded it in on a used station wagon.

I Love This Car And Owned It More Then 30 Years — good performance 351 c 4v it's old but you might not think so ,and it has great lines in the body it's not great on gas but performance in the 70's gas wasn't a issue. while driving this old beast you get plenty of thumbs up.

Wow — this is a great car, fun to drive, i like it a lot, but it little bit difficult to drive this car in my country, because in my place most of the street is very small, not big like in us, n also its overcrowded with many car n bike. so i use it only at night. lastly i'll give 5 stars for this car, its looooks sooo goooood

Great — Performance - acceleration is top notch! Build Quality - normal, could have been a bit better. Appearance - both interior and exterior styling EXCELLENT! Cost of Ownership - gas mileage, maintenance. Hard on gas! Fun Factor - is this car fun to drive? The best!

I Love This Car. — This is a work in progress for me that I have spent the last couple of years building. It started out as a clunker but became reliable once I put some time and money into it. In the near future I will be completing and new custom built motor for this car that will give the car an impressive 700+ hp. This car was a blast to drive before and got decent gas mileage for the type of car it was and now after painting it and a new motor, it will be even better.

Great Mustang that is gaining popularity and rearity

Cons

Rustangs

Smoke The Tires! — It may be a heavy 70's car, but the 351 Cleveland engine with the four barrel carburetor & a manual transmission has plenty of power. I love the looks of the long doors and the star gazer back window. In the process of taking it apart and restoring it.

over 320 horses?, not amazing. but i still love it.

Cons

body is going down the drain.

72 Mustang — engine completely redone. now the performance is great, needs a posi rear, and the stearing is amazing. body is 37 years old so it is going down the drain. need to leaf springs in the back and bushings all over. over 100000 miles on it, so the body needs about 3 grand of body work and stuff. we'll see
