Pros

I LOVE EVERYTHING especially the not often seen these days column shift automatic and forl down armrest seat! My baby can always be right next to me!!

Cons

outrageous parts prices! Found a crappy grill on E-bay for -get this!- $2200.

My Ultimate Mopar — Driving this car is an ego-stroking shot of pure adrenalin! I feel like a kid again!Only thing I would possibly want to top it would be a triple BLACK 70 RT/SE, with gator grain top, 440 six pak ,leather seats and a factory electric moonroof. I had the opportunity to buy this exact car back in 79, I couldn't scrape together the "high" price of $1000!, wish I did, today as I understand the production figures, this combination of options made this a 1 of only 7 built!! I would now be a wealthy man!

Classic Mopar

Cons

Real Mopar — Probably one of the best designs to come out of Detroit! Mine came with the 318, 904 Torqueflight and 2.71 gears in the rear. Engine and driveline is solid! The car was built for the highway! Averaged 20-21 MPG on the highway.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Adrenaline Flow Increaser — Used to daily driving with modern detuned cars, when I drive it I get adrenaline flowing better. Lots of power, some of it out of control, not very good handling, suspension nor brakes. Going back in time with this car brings me to the 70´s and all the action lived back then. I´ve owned it for 20 years and I enjoy the ride everytime! The noise of the 440 magnum and the plum crazy color turns on the public around so I don´t need those loudspeakers to catch attention.

1970 R/t 440 6 Pack Automatic. Plum/blk Top — I enjoyed closing the driver's door from the inside because I'd get butterflys in my gut about the ride Im about to go on that night. I really beat the hell out of it. The highs were the 145MPH+ six-pak growl, enternal tire spin and never getting tired of looking at it(every angle). Lows brakes, handled like a old pickup truck & constant repairs(trannys, diffs etc..)I still love the look but not the drive.

Ground Up Restored, Viper Red, 440 And Not A Trailor Queen! — Was an origianl 383, but now sits with a 440 out of a 1970 Superbird. Does it rattle? Of course, I rattled at 43 years old! Recently appraised at $60,000. We have $45,000 into her. Very fun to drive and yes, brag about it! She is beautiful!

It's My Baby, Wouldn't Sell It For Anything — What's not to love, i mean it's a real, high option low production big block Charger RTSE! Plus it's the same car Vin Diesel drives in the fast and the furious. Although, I'm not a big fan of Chevy powered cars with fake superchargers sticking out the hood.
