A Great Looking And Very Fun Car To Drive. — I've owned my 64 roadster since 2004. Overall, it's a very fun car to drive. You definitely draw a lot of attention in an older Vette. Mechanically the car is very solid. The handling and suspension are very good for a car 40+ years old. My car is primarily driven in the summer. If it was used as a daily driver, my review would be different. To me, the styling of the C2 more than make up for the lack of power steering and power brakes.

______________ <--- Bottom Line — It has the 327 in it right now so it does pretty good. 383 is next in line. brakes are great for not having a booster. handling is worlds better than many cars but it still isnt perfect yet. sure it'll rattle, squeak, but I'll take it if you dont want it. appearance? GOOD GOD IT'S GORGEOUS.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Great Looks, Very Good Performance And Handling (with Proper Tires) — This is a sports/muscle car, the suspension and ride are very firm but perform very well with the proper tires (narrow ties of the sixties are not the way to go if your car is a driver, they'll get you into trouble). The car is a thrill to drive, an attention getter, and a lot of fun as well. Mechanically, the car is simple by today's standard and is easy to work on when the occasion arises. I say I love the car and I guess I do for what it is, a Toy and a Hobby, if it were my sole means of transportation I would rate it differently.
