The Best Car In The World — It's just the BEST Car ever made. I wish that Chevy would have kept Making them. The Appereance is Gorgeous, it handles really well, braking is amazing, you could literally stop on a dime with this car. This is the most fun car to drive . everyone should buy one. Just the best vehicle in the world

Pros

50's styling, comforatble, easy to work on.

Cons

it needed alot of work and parts

The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air — Needed a total restoration. Was sitting in storage for many years and was used as parts for another 57 Chevy. But it was my first car. I learned fast. they are interesting cars. they arent as good as the 58's which i have owned one also. On the other hand they are easier to get used to because they are not as big as the 58's. Parts are plentiful and usualy easy to work on.

Can't Go Wrong With A 50's Icon — V8 engine with over 250 HP, including ramjet fuel injection. Build quality is high, makes you feel like a millions bucks. The looks are superb, makes modern cars look bland. It's really fun to drive... it's just a beauty, I love it!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

1957 Chevrolet Belair 4 Door — Its a 2spd that shifts about 25 to 35mph@. The brakes are org...means they are almost mechanical, drums front and rear. Great look great car..if not a bit underpowered (265 v8) Gas mpg...just depends how much you drive it. Cost

Cons

Hate nothing about this car!

Powerful, Hot And Tough 57 Chevy — 8+half years and a small fortune to fully rebuild from scratch. Black cherry pearl paint. Cream & Burgundy Italian leather interior. Rockford Fosgate sound system loud enough to be heard over the loud & lumpy 454 Big Block V8 bored and stroked to 503 with TH400 trans. 12.6 seconds on 1/4 mile. Foose mags. Smokes (tyres), Drinks (fuel) heavily! This is maxed out fun on 4 wheels and we love cruising in her most weeks.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

A Very Popular Car, But Extreemly Rare Model Of The Belair. — 70k original Miles. Family owned since 1995. Was a 16th birthday gift in 2004. Started a full restoration in 2006. Body work and paint done by myself, Base/clear w/ 3 coats of clear. Some brand new chrome and trim, all the rest was refinished. New Glass all the way around. New exhaust, all new, original design interior. Many factory options. 283 V8 with less then 2k miles since rebuild. Original 2 speed power glide transmission.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

American Classic — almost one of a kind. Haven't found another that has the same features. sucks up gas, but I drive about 300 miles a year on her, so its not bad. This car is extremely fun to drive, a lot of people look at you too.

Best Body Style Of All Time, only In America. — I'm building it now.It needs alot of work but its a 2 door coupe, my favorite car of all time. Its all about benjamins when building these things but thats because their quality cars.Anything of good quality these days costs alot of money though.I like the fact that they were made 100% in america with all american parts, and by americans. Those days are over!
